BECx Services Added to Architectural and Engineering Consulting Firm

Conley Group is pleased to announce its offering of Building Enclosure Commissioning (BECx) services to the firm.

With over 30 years of proven project experience, Conley Group adds to its extensive offering of building envelope (BE) services with a dedicated building commissioning (BECx) team available in Dallas, throughout the U.S., and worldwide.

The Conley Group commissioning team includes principal Ken Paar and senior project manager Gary Williams with over 60 years of project experience shared between them. In addition, Paar and Williams are certified Building Enclosure Process Providers (BECxP), allowing them to also serve as Building Enclosure Specialists (BES).

The inclusion of BECx certification to key personnel within the firm creates a comprehensive offering of systems and services that can be tailored to the Owners Project Requirements (OPR).

BECx services begin with the building owner prior to the design services and continue throughout the life of the building, adding tremendous value to the client. These certifications ensure a strict quality-focused process is carried out by the commissioning team through all aspects of the building enclosure project.

Conley Group’s highly trained technical staff members possess architectural and building science knowledge that enables them to design, critique, validate and support their clients in project development and construction validation.

“We are pleased to offer this value-added service to our clients,” said Bill Conley, principal-in-charge of Conley Group. “Our building enclosure commissioning expertise ensures the delivery of durable, energy-efficient, and cost-effective projects.”
