MONUMENT, Colorado, August 21, 2018 -- Otter Wings, Inc. creator of the patented Otter Wings kids swim aid, announced three new colors that will complete their 2018 Summer Lineup; Island Orchid, Saltwater Blue and Navy Blue. All colors are offered in sizes 2-4yrs and 4-6yrs in both long and short sleeve versions. Otter Wings swim shirts are a soft spandex material that offers UPF 50+ sun protection, the highest level available. Each shirt hides a pair of SR buckles (the same buckles used in life jackets) on each should that connect to a pair of fabric covered water wings (kids floaties). The shirt and wings provide a secure connection that prevents wings from slipping off or from children removing them on their own.
Otter Wings, Inc. is a family business created with the objective of keeping kids safe both in and out of the water. It all started when founder Tyler Berry saw a wing slip off one of his 3yr old daughters arms after jumping in the pool. She was being closely supervised so nothing bad happened but he was reluctant to let her use them again. Unfortunately, she hated wearing life jackets so he began to look for something else. Unable to find anything safe yet comfortable, he decided to create something on his own. After five prototypes and many long hours of designing, creating, & testing . . . Otter Wings were born.
