APROVIS received the order to supply exhaust gas fired steam boilers used to recover the exhaust heat of seven 4.4MWel natural gas engines. The equipment is part of a power supply station of a new developed industrial park involving textile and food processing industry.
The overall steam production of 14,5 tons per hour superheated steam at 18,5 barg steam pressure boosts the overall efficiency of the power station to more than 70% efficiency while reducing the natural gas consumption by approximately 170,000 MMBtu/ year.
Scope of APROVIS includes the complete safety and control equipment, integration in overall plant control system, handling of logistics, commissioning and after sales service.
