The topic of Genetically Modified Organisms in food products is arguably
the most significant issue facing specialty food suppliers and
retailers right now. Many companies have chosen to take steps to ensure
that their products are non-GMO certified–and many have not. In this
focused discussion, we'll hear from manufacturers about the challenges
