It is well known that fluidity of effective liquid phase on the surface of nuclei particles has crucial influence on sinter production and quality. Thus, the crucial influencing factors of effective liquid phase fluidity in blends from actual plant were studied. The results indicated that Al2O3 content and LOI content, as well as porosity of nuclei particles, have a deteriorated implication on effective liquid phase fluidity in ore blends. However, grain size and smooth extent of nuclei particles are beneficial for its improvement.
