Important Lessons for Successful Projects
The philosophy and characteristics of new-generation circulating iron and steel process flow are described in this paper. The advanced metallurgical engineering design theory and method are adopted, combined with Jingtang steel plant engineering design. The content and elements of concept design, top-level design and dynamic precision design of the Jingtang steel plant engineering are discussed, and the construction of a new generation of green recycling of iron and steel process is expounded. Since the Jingtang steel plant project was put into production seven years ago, stable operation and smoothly advanced technical indexes have been achieved.
