After this session, attendees should be able to:
- Discuss current trends in triage, including mental health triage, as practiced in different clinical settings.
- Discuss the current trends, benchmarking and CDC standards for immunizations and policy and procedure writing.
- Describe current trends in staff role development and how to update as needed to develop staff to practice to the letter of their license or certification.

Panel and group session led by the Nursing Section to review trends and benchmarking in topics such as: triage, policies, immunizations, diversity, mental health, and role development.
