After this session, attendees should be able to:
Program Abstract: More than half of all college students report feeling “tired, dragged out, or sleepy” during the day. This innovative program will address 2 types of sleep patterns. 1. Students that don’t prioritize sleep and consequently have poor sleep habits 2. Students with good sleep habits, but have difficulty with sleep. This program will demonstrate how to give personalized sleep recommendations that encourage improved sleep behaviors, enhance wellness, and when to consider pharmacologic treatment for sleep.
