In this session, Jennifer will share her personal story that led her to become a military caregiver, the struggles she faced, and how she found herself isolated and overwhelmed with responsibilities. Her storytelling journey will continue as she recounts the event that led her to find support, the tactics she learned to overcome the challenges of her situation, and how everyone can use communication, education, and a network of support to overcome any obstacle. The session will conclude with a call-to-action and hands-on activity with the audience. Her story will both comfort and inspire attendees of all ages and backgrounds.
