Evidence shows that women are less confident than men and that to succeed, confidence matters as much as competence. The natural result of low confidence is inaction. When women hesitate because they aren't sure, they hold themselves back from success. In this session, professionals will provide the perspective, courage and tools they need to help others as well as themselves acquire that confidence and close the gap.
