Silicon Valley and agribusiness claim we need even more immigrants. The current administration wants fewer. What are the practical limits and risks to opening borders or closing them? Must we choose between uniting families and importing brains and entrepreneurs? Why should the U.S. overload its capacity to offset global instability, or are we not even close to capacity?
