“The best tunes are played by the oldest fiddles.” A frank discussion of factors associated with sexual behavior and satisfaction among aging individuals and couples, with emphasis on adapting to and embracing the changes. Topics include the definition of sex, myths and realities of sex and aging, impact of aging on sex, advantages of mature sex, important traits of good lovers, “good enough sex” as a component of lifetime satisfaction, and discovering your and your partner's conditions for rewarding sexual intimacy.
