Florida’s legislature has moved to adopt Daylight Saving Time all year around; Hawaii and Arizona (except for the Navajo Nation’s lands) do without it altogether. The rest of us are locked into the annual spring-forward, fall-back cycle. Accident rates jump the week of the spring shift, but slacken the week of the fall shift. Is that extra hour of afternoon worth the risk and bother to you?
