At any given time, there are between 25 and 30 committees doing work for the AMC. They can be standing, ad hoc, action, advisory, empowered, etc. Examples include Gifted Youth, Marketing, Bylaws, Communications, and SIGs. Most of these are looking for volunteers to help do the work. So how can you get involved? What does it take to serve on a national committee? Seiler will moderate a Q&A and discussion with varied members of the AMC, the National Office staff, and committee leadership.
