Condition based maintenance nowadays has now been one of a maintenance type that plants all over the world must used in order to keep running. Therefore, equipment health mapping is important after taking condition monitoring datas and interpreting them. Condition based maintenance also relies on patterns that happen before failure happens, so we can predict it. Hence, case studies from the past failures are important for condition monitoring. Predictive maintenance team in PJB UP Paiton have developed a PdM application in order to create equipment health mapping from condition monitoring datas and collect case study from previous failures for learning in the future. This application is also built to calculate the cost benefit from our recommendations and organize the results.
