Solar PPA’s for rooftop and similar, have become common in the USA and Europe as corporates see the benefits both from corporate sustainability and economics perspectives to engaging with rooftop solar on manufacturing and other facilities. Many firms are now looking to export this capability to Asia - but are being hampered by the different regulatory environments within the various ASEAN countries and the varying economics of C&I. What are these barriers? Where does C&I make sense? This presentation would look at the C&I environment, highlight the issues/barriers and suggest how developers may tackle the space.
