Half-Day Workshops
Get a comprehensive review of the underlying anatomy impacted by common ergonomic problems and the associated, and often predictable, symptoms and discomfort produced. Mr. Bardarson will explain how to use a comfort survey correlated with the underlying anatomy to help zero in on an ergonomic issue. You’ll learn the normal stages of healing and how to minimize the impact on affected tissues during the healing phases. In addition, Mr. Bardarson will describe the biomechanics of the intervertebral disc, the location of underlying nerves, and the impact of certain postures on muscles and ligaments. Low- or no-cost solutions to common ergonomic problems will be addressed, with priority given to the remedies that produce the quickest results.
