Pathological gambling, sexual addictions, disordered eating, work, exercise, compulsive buying/shopping, and internet/gaming are the seven process addictions discussed. Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and 12 Step programs are offered as evidence based treatments
