Gas Turbines Maintenance Strategies (Room Garuda 10B, 1st Floor)

We will report about our success in Asia supporting customers to redefine and optimize their gas turbines maintenance strategy to improve competitiveness of their assets. We will go into details on our process - which consists of 1) full understanding of customers needs - technical challenges and sourcing requirements then 2) identification of the right approach and definition of tendering procedures and suppliers qualifications, 3) tailoring of customized specifications and terms of references and 4) negotiation tactics and approach definition for achieving win-win agreement with the suppliers. Finally we will give few words about the global trends in long-term maintenance agreements and their applicability in Southeast Asia. We still hope to include a customer from Indonesia as a co-author and a speaker and we hope to receive the confirmation of their participation by advisory board meeting in March.
