We’ll explore, in depth, all three core areas of behavior essential for a high-performing safety system: personal management of risk by all employees, interpersonal cultural work between employees and leadership behavior. We’ll discuss the positives and negatives of behavior-based safety, the means to achieve a “Brother’s Keeper” culture, and how leaders can fuel excellent safety across their organizations.
