Filling the skilled trades gap talent pipeline must be a shared mission of labor unions and contractors alike, as the result of our combined effort will benefit the entire electrical contracting industry. This session will discuss the experiences and best practices of a NECA member on holding a Skilled Trades Night for middle and high school students, their parents and educators. The process to develop, prepare for and pull off this event will be detailed as well as the impact it had on the company, the local community and the industry.
