Yet, well-trained clinical technologists can dramatically impact the triaging of technical issues, helping to identify applications versus technical challenges—which can make your job as a biomed that much easier. In this engaging and interactive session, we will uncover actual data that reveals the number of technical and clinical inbound support cases, and where they get resolved, that come through the Customer Care Center.
