Mr. Mills will present some important background history on Maintenance activities, moving from strictly following manufacturers recommendations to the Alternative Equipment Maintenance program (AEM). Along the way our industry followed strict calendar activities, dabbled in Reliability Centered Maintenance, and ventured into a hybrid with CMS imposed restrictions.
