The Army has made tremendous progress defining its Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) requirements and delivering solutions in a rapid and agile manner.  In this session, Mr. Dillon from the Army's Rapid Capabilities Office (RCO) will describe the role of the RCO as a complement to existing Army cyber programs, with focus on applying innovative and disruptive technology to critical Army warfighter needs and priorities.  The session will be part RCO orientation and part solicitation for ideas.  He and other subject matter experts will be available for informal face-to-face discussions immediately following formal remarks.
