This class will show examples of what the Bowles Farming Company currently uses drones for, and the value they provide. With this, you will gain insight on what a farmer would like to see, including his ROI. We will discuss:
• Going through the process of taking imagery, processing, and selecting the proper indices that will show information not visible when driving around the field.
• Taking that information and making it actionable by creating management zones, which can then be exported into tractors for variable-rate prescriptions.
• Maximizing profits by eliminating over and/or under application of products.
