In this session, you’ll review one organization’s experience with a shared savings ACO developed by a major insurer and a clinic, and learn how the clinic used performance dashboards, risk profiles of its attributed population, and risk-adjusted analytics provided by the insurer to design new quality processes and target data-driven interventions. Then, you’ll discuss how a payer-provider relationship based on common goals, transparency, and trust enabled the ACO to reduce cost of care and increase quality.
