It's time for the ultimate showdown. September is known as National Chicken and National Honey Month and September 7th is National Beer Lover's Day! In honor of all three, the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show challenged chefs to use these items together and see who can come up with the most fun and creative dish. The 3 chefs who recieved the most votes from the online voting window will be facing off on Center Stage to demonstrate their dish and provide samples for the judges and audience. Help the judges choose the winner through the audience portion of the voting. Only one will be named the Champ!
