Chef Allen Susser will demonstrate and prepare 'Wild Florida Shrimp with Mango Curry and Ancient Grains", a dish that represents many of his passions. It is taste over trend. Local and sustainable seafood prepared with spicy and rich mango along with a hearty and delicious cominbation of quinoa, farro, and barley.
