The Diner's Bill of Rights is a pledge to guests of what they can expect from a well-run restaurant. It's also a reminder to the guests to have realistic expectations. In it are the clues to the seemingly innocuous things that servers -- even conscientious ones -- do that annoy guests and affect the overall experience. We'll discuss these problems and how to fix them.
Following the presentation you will:
• Have a better understanding of the server/guest relation
• Know some of the common missteps servers make that irk customers
• Know how a professional critic looks at your operation
• Learn how to train your staff to be better servers, make better tips, and create a more loyal customer base.
