Swing past our stall for a novel culinary experience! Maungo Craft is a company from Botswana which makes 5 X Award-Winning, Gourmet Craft Jams and Marmalades. 

What makes us reaaaaally Cool and unique?

We create Healthier alternative jam and marmalade spreads for our customers. 

We serve sugar-deprived jams and marmalades. 

We add an authentic touch of Indigenous fruits from Botswana such as the Morula Fruit (which has 8 times the amount of Vitamin C) and Motsentsela (Wild Berries) and then pair them with Contemporary flavours, creating unique flavour profiles like no other.  

We use Superfoods such as Baobab too!

Dessert Jam/Marmalade Uses:

Our dessert jams/marmalades are versatile and can be used in so many creative ways such as: plain yoghurt, smoothies, as an ice-cream topping, toast, oats and porridge, cakes, baking, salad dressing (just pour olive oil, and chop in some parsley), cocktails, champagne. Let your imagination run wild.

Savoury Jams Uses:

Due to the fact that our jams and marmalades are sugar-deprived, you can use them in a variety of ways: They will certainly add unique undertones to your food. Marinate your sticky wings, meatballs, ribs, use it as a dip, salad dressing. Use it with your cheese and crackers, hors d'oeuvre's (appetizers) and snacks. Salads, pasta dishes, potato salads, omelettes, pizza toppings.
