Additional Options & Stipulations:
- Ship dates may be adjusted with 2 weeks notice, prior to original ship date.
- 2nd & 3rd shipments: 20% of submitted product assortment may be modified (requires minimum 2 weeks notice, & order dollars may not decrease)
- Late payments, or cancelled shipments result in all discounting & extended terms being revoked - for remaining shipments for 2019. (Unshipped orders will be processed with Net 30 terms upon credit approval, and no discounting.)
