Abhay Joshi, Supervisor of Manufacturing Engineering Group: has over 12 years of experience in process development, materials development and manufacturing engineering support for the fabrication and repair of high tech engineering equipment for the power, oil and gas industry including steam and gas turbines, casings, generators, heat exchangers, boilers, direct fired furnaces and other auxiliary components. His specialization is in the high temperature materials development and high temperature fabrication process development e.g. welding, brazing and thermal processing of materials Abhay holds a Master of Science degree in Materials Science & Engineering, with focus on Metals & Ceramics from University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, VNIT (formerly Visvesvaraya Regional College of Engineering, VRCE) Nagpur, India
