Dr Hamid Kamali Is Senior Thermal Technologist at Sterling Thermal Technology Ltd in United Kingdom. In this role he is involved in development and improvement of large industrial cooling systems. He studied Mechanical Engineering, energy systems simulation and obtained his PhD in 1986 in Thermal Modelling of Photovoltaic Solar Cells from University of Paris. He has since worked in various branches of heat transfer and thermal management, including automotive heat exchangers design, auxiliary heating system development for passenger vehicles, spacecraft thermal control systems, academic research and development, and other heat transfer design and development work.
