Brad Gladstone is the Managing Director of Accenture Federal Services (AFS) Federal Financial Systems practice, and oversees the AFS financial shared service center offering. He has spent the last 27 years working with organizations to implement ERP solutions, focusing heavily on Oracle Financial Management since 1992. As part of implementing enterprise-wide solutions, he also works with clients to implement new operating models, including both centralized operations and shared services. He has worked with private sector clients, including mergers in banking and the airline industry, and has focused heavily on the federal government market for the past nineteen years.
