Karren is the Associate Director for USDA’s Financial Management Services Division in New Orleans, LA. She has the responsibility for oversight of the Administrative Payments Branch and Customer Support Branch. She is responsible for managing, planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and operating the financial management systems that support the administrative segments of the Department and all of its agencies. Karren is a Certified Government Financial Manager and Certified Project Management Professional. She has a Master of Science Degree in Accounting. In addition, Karren is a professional keynote speaker and trainer.
