Katrina Ladd joined RTI in March 2012. She has experience with survey and experimental research design, data collection, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Her research interests include prosocial behavior, developmental psychology, and cross-cultural survey design. Prior to joining RTI, she focused on unemployment and education policy at an international think tank.
