Josh is a partner in the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology Practice at Wiley Rein, where he helps run the firm's UAS group. Josh provides counseling on compliance with evolving regulation of UAS and AAM, and over the past 10 years has represented the UAS industry on a wide variety of matters related to federal and state policy, including before the FAA, ULC, and ALI. He has also submitted amicus briefs on behalf of AUVSI in key federal cases such as Singer v. Newton, NPPA v. McCraw, and Brennan v. Dickson (defending the FAA's Remote ID rule). He is a graduate of the University of Michigan.
