Brian Putman is an Engineer Planning in the Design & Construction Department at Norfolk Southern Railway, a position he has held since April 2016. Brian joined Norfolk Southern in September 1998 upon graduation with a BS degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, Georgia. He has remained within the Design & Construction Department since employment with the railroad. Brian has been promoted to multiple positions of increased responsibility over his 18-year career. He holds his Professional Engineering License in the state of Georgia where he currently resides with his wife Christina and children Max and Erin.
