Jacqueline L. Patterson, P.E. was president and founder of J.L. Patterson & Associates, Inc., a position she held for the past 25 years. Ms. Patterson holds a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. She is a registered professional engineer in fourteen states. Jackie recently sold her company to Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. where she holds the title of Vice President. Jackie is Design Manager for the California High Speed Rail Project, Burbank to Los Angeles Segment and Principal-in-Charge for the SCRRA Metrolink Case Study. Jackie is an active member of AREMA Committee 17 – High Speed Rail and Committee 24 – Education.
