Rodger has fifteen years of experience in the healthcare industry in various leadership positions, having worked on Operational, Legal and Technology issues at a health plan, as well as product development, business integration, and client services. He has dealt with provider and member disputes, payment integrity, fraud and abuse investigations, and claims cost management, and led product development efforts relating to payment integrity, overpayment prevention and prepayment claims review. Rodger was a co-founder and Principal of WayMark Associates LLC, a specialty claim overpayment identification & recovery firm which provided retrospective audit services to healthcare payers. Prior to founding WayMark, Rodger lead the fraud and abuse function at Oxford Health Plans, a major regional health plan in the Northeast, where he was instrumental in tripling results in a five year period, and then in a leadership position in FWA efforts in the Northeast for United Healthcare, which acquired Oxford in 2004. Prior to joining Oxford in 2000, Rodger practiced law in New York City as a commercial litigator. He holds an undergraduate degree from Stanford University and a law degree from New York University, cum laude.
