Dr. James Balukjian is the Director of Program Integrity and a Dental Director at Delta Dental of Rhode Island. Dr. Balukjian received his DDS from the University of Buffalo and also holds an MBA from Bryant University. He has been in private practice in Scituate, RI for 38 years. Dr. Balukjian is also Retired LTC Rhode Island Air National Guard, He is an Accredited Health Care Fraud Investigator, and a Certified Dental Consultant.
