Liz Fowler is the President and CEO of Bluegrass Care Navigators, a Kentucky based provider of post-acute care including hospice, palliative medicine, transitional, case management, private duty, adult day health and counseling services. Liz has over 30 years of experience bringing leadership and innovation to health care and non-profit organizations. As a recognized leader in hospice and palliative care at the national and state level, Liz is an active member of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization’s public policy committee, a member of the board of directors for the Kentucky Association of Hospice and Palliative Care, a faculty member for the Center to Advance Palliative Care’s (CAPC) palliative care leadership center (PCLC) and an advisory committee member for the Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky. Liz received her Master of Public Health degree from the UCLA and a Bachelor of Science degree and a Certificate in Gerontology from Syracuse University.
