John S. Stoll is a 35-year travel industry veteran. Stoll joined Crystal Cruises in 2003 as Director, Land Programs responsible for relationships with tour operators/DMCs and overseeing the worldwide ultra-luxury lines Crystal Adventures® Shore Excursions programs, pre/post hotel packages, extended land programs, overland adventures, turnaround operations and event planning. Stoll also serves as a member of Crystal’s executive committee that designs and plans future itineraries. During Stoll’s 14-year tenure with Crystal, Crystal Adventures® shore excursion programs have grown from approximately 600 tours to more than 1500 today. In 2011, Stoll and his Land Programs team introduced an innovative, compassionate and complimentary volunteer program appropriately dubbed “You Care, We Care” with a goal to support local worthwhile causes through volunteer efforts that benefits the communities and the destinations visited. Prior to joining Crystal, Stoll worked for Silversea Cruises as director, land program, RCCL as director, tour operations and Sitmar/Princess Cruises as Manager, Passenger Logistic. Stoll began his career in the Travel Industry in 1978 with Delta Air Lines in Atlanta, Georgia.
