Dr. Chris Corbett is President-Elect of the American College Counseling Association (ACCA). In addition to serving for the ACCA, he is Director of Counseling and Student Support Services at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Previously, he was the Associate Director of Counseling at Western Illinois University after completing a Post Doc at the University of South Carolina. He holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Illinois and North Carolina. Additionally, he is a Editorial Review Board for the Journal of College Counseling, and a senior site visitor for the International Association of Counseling Services (IACS). He has presented on a myriad of topics relevant to college counseling on the local, regional, and national level. He considers it a privilege to be part of the counseling community and believes the best outcomes are achieved by a multidisciplinary approach.
