Erin Kern is an assistant professor of Counselor Education at the University of Arkansas, and the chapter faculty advisor of the Rho Alpha Beta chapter of Chi Sigma Iota.  She has a variety of experience in clinical practice, from community agencies, private practice, and residential treatment.  Her research interests include needs of military populations, interpersonal trauma, and counselor professional identity.
