For the past 3 years, Ms. Tuschen has worked for eScience and Technology Solutions, Inc. (eSTS) as the Director of Cyber and IT Solutions. She has contributed to the company revenue growth in the past year from $8.3M to $12.8M in 2015. She has worked for various small and large businesses since 1998 and has contributed in the areas of growing the business and also managing contract performance. She has experience managing a workforce exceeding 50 personnel to include teams of professionals supporting various Army, Navy and DOD missions across CONUS with a focus area in Cyber and Information Assurance support. In addition to working with eSTS, Ms. Tuschen, with her husband, Bryan Tuschen, own Tuschen Management, an SDVO, WOSB, corporate office Management Company. They built and manage Freedom Park Executive Center office complex just outside of Fort Gordon, to support the community with convenient office space for government contractors. They have been active in the Augusta community both civically and with their church for over 20 years. Ms. Amy Tuschen has a Bachelor’s degree from Saint Norbert College, and Master’s degree from Boston University, both in Computer Information Systems. She maintains the Computer Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications, and after serving 8 years as a Signal Corps and Information Systems Management Officer, has been in the government contracting industry for over 18 years. Ms. Tuschen has been a lifetime member of AFCEA since being introduced to the organization by her father, in 1989 while still in ROTC. She has served in numerous Augusta-Fort Gordon chapter leadership roles including: Membership, Young AFCEAn, Publicity, and President. She has been the Small Business Chair for 3 years, and an active board member for the past 20 years.
