Charlotte Flood, MS-HCA, CMPE is Administrator for the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Sciences at Oklahoma State University. In addition, she is a professional speaker with Exceptional Leaders Lab. She has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, a master’s in Healthcare Administration, MGMA Certified Medical Practice Executive and is working on her Doctorate in Health and Human Performance. She believes an effective leader is one who inspires and influences people to believe in change and take steps toward success. She also believes relationships and a culture which promotes and empowers leadership is the most critical success factor in moving forward.
