Susan is the Founder of Evolution Healthcare Consulting. She is a Board Certified Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives. Susan helps practices increase their value and THRIVE. Her experiences cover Operations, Financial Controls, Staff Accountability Standards, Revenue Cycle, Time of Service and Front Desk Collections, Customer Service, New Practice and Change Management. Ms. Childs has authored for organizations such as dermatology today, Greenbranch Publishing and the AMA. Susan is an accomplished national speaker presenting on topical healthcare issues that support compassionate care and the value of the physician and staff. She served with local, state and national MGMA Leadership as ACMPE Forum Rep and Advancement Chair. Her passions are patient access, staff member pride and accountability, constantly improving the relationship between the patient and physician.
