Debbie graduated from California Western School of Law, San Diego, magna cum laude in 1993. She is a founding partner of Hatch & Cesario, a law firm devoted to the representation of school districts, charter schools, county offices of education and SELPAs in all facets of special education matters and general student issues. She has litigated in state and federal courts, and frequently represent schools in IEP team meetings, mediations and administrative due process hearings. She is often invited to conduct trainings on a variety of special education, Section 504 and other student topics for statewide education associations, school districts and charter schools.
