Dr. Tammy Estes Fry, a 37 year teacher, trainer and presenter is the Lead Instructor of the CAPS Teacher Education Program, (Center for Advanced Professional Studies), in the Blue Valley district in Overland Park, KS. Professionally, she has been a classroom teacher, technology integration specialist, professional development coordinator, and presenter at NECC, CoSN, MACE, FETC, among others, and has served in the past as a volunteer with CoSN and as a session proposal evaluator for FETC, CoSN, and AACE Conferences. She is a co-founder of the Council on the Future of Education. She holds a Ph.D. and Certification in Instructional Design from the University of Kansas and Bachelors and Masters degrees from Pittsburg State University.
